Partnership & Event Manager, China

We are looking for a self-driven, passionate and result-oriented star marketing manager to join our fast growing study abroad business unit in China. Working in a challenging, past pace environment and grow with a strong and international team who are committed to excellence quality at all levels.
The China Partnership & event manager will work closely with Marketing Head, cross co-work with Digital Marketing team, product team, regional office. He/She will be responsible for identifying and developing strategic partnerships, as well as planning and executing engaging events to promote our brand and drive business growth.The role will focus on EF study abroad program market strategic implementation and ongoing business growth by leverage outside resources/partners, earned media, offline activities to achieve the mission of open the world through education. This position will report to Marketing Head China.
Responsibilities Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with other organizations, companies, and key stakeholders to support our business objectives, nurture the implementation for EF study abroad target clients from age 7 to young professionals in China. Plan and execute by segments/by channels events, including returning students’ activities, industry events, partnership workshops, and other promotional activities that can drive both brand awareness and gen-leads. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners and sponsors, as well as actively seek out new partnership opportunities. Cooperate with digital marketing team, Product Managers, Regional Heads to develop and implement customer-centric marketing offline initiatives and promotional activities with partners. Create and manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics to ensure seamless execution of events; measure and report on the effectiveness of partnerships and events, and continuously seek ways to optimize and improve performance. Also could drive earned media impact to empower brand awareness through offline marketing expertise & efforts Desired Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field. Strong verbal and written communications skills in English and Mandarin A minimum of 8-10 years of consumer marketing with proven experience in partnership development, event planning, or related roles, with experience and knowledge of China market with current resources on hand. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Able to communicate effectively and collaboratively with departmental, regional, strong project management ability A self-starter with a results-driven mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Personal passion for international travel and offline marketing activities, want to develop future career in an international platform Entrepreneurial mind with creative, flexible and positive attitude; ability to think creatively and strategically, with excellent problem-solving skills If also has travel/education/self-developing relevant partner resources would be a plus
