Within the resort, guests may find a tranquil escape in Chi, The Spa.
DUTIES
The Director of Rooms provides guest services as well as supervision, direction and leadership in the Rooms Division in accordance with the objectives, performance and quality standards established by Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts and the resort.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have at least 3 years experience in an International Hotel/Resort in a similar capacity Progressively responsible positions within the Rooms Division, including roles such as Front Office Mnager, Housekeeping Manager or Asst. Director of Rooms Must be knowledgeable in Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, Villa, Transportation, Laundry and Guest Service Center Operations Posses strong blend of business and financial acumen. Preferably a College Graduate or a Certificate in Hotel Management Fluent in Oral and Written English Language. Displays initiative, professionalism, the ability to lead and motivate the team.
