具体职责

提高武田产品在零售渠道的覆盖率、提高产品的可及性; 武田产品在非目标市场的渠道下沉; 与跨部门对接,覆盖互联网医院、药店; 整合所有产品的非目标市场资源,制定商务渠道广阔市场方案; 参与广阔市场项目的谈判,并负责具体项目的落地和跟进; 与项目合作方定期沟通所负责项目的进展,并督促项目按计划推进; 协助新品在非目标市场的发展

教育背景

本科以上学历,医学、药学或相关专业毕业

相关领域工作经验

10年医药行业工作经验, 5年以上商务分销工作或相关管理经验,同类合资公司经验者优先

专业知识与技能

业务规划与执行层级

• 能够主动汇总、整理和分析各类基础数据信息,有意识地从多个视角不同层面加以分析,为业务决策提供支持,制定所辖团队中短期任务目标、工作计划等。

• 乐于接受挑战,能识别多重任务的优先级,执行时遇到困难能够灵活、沉着应对。

政策及市场洞察力

• 掌握适用于责任市场的医保政策、零售市场,医疗市场的法律法规及最新发展变化,识别其对武田中国的影响并能在参与业务规划时独立思考应对方案。

• 利用经销商、零售、医疗客户及个人关系网等多种方法,从多角度(宏观经济形势、竞争业态)收集市场相关信息,并分析可能对武田产生的影响。

风险控制

• 积极思考公司业务发展需求,从而对Non-Target市场客户提出合理的、更高绩效的要求(门店铺货率、首推率、库存水平等)。

• 通过定期分析责任市场销售数据发现常规性的问题,及时采取例行的解决办法纠偏,有效控制或化解双方合作过程中的风险。

关系建立与维护

• 能迅速摸清当地各类关系脉络分布情况,准确识别对深度分销业务有影响的关键人员(如医院药剂科专家、零售渠道采购,经销商深度分销人员等)。

• 通过广泛参与社会活动(行业论坛、院长会等),与关键人员建立和维持良好的关系,推动自身业务目标实现。

沟通与协作

• 跨部门 /团队沟通中能理解和尊重他人(如充分给予他人发表不同意见的机会), 客观公正地摆事实、讲道理,影响他人接受自己的观点。
