Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be partner the business leaders to drive organization effectiveness to support business needs by providing integrated HR solutions in org. design, capability building, change management etc..

  • You are requst to maintain the touchpoints with business leaders and their teams to understand business strategy/priorities, promote effective planning and implementation of HR activities.

  • You are responsible to provide guidance and consultations to business leaders in HR policies, procedures and best practices to create a safe, engaging, diverse & inclusive working environment.

  • You need to proactively identify and address workforce and employment issues by leveraging data analytics, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.

  • You are responsible to coach and advise business leaders to enhance their leadership effectiveness and drive business results.

  • You work with business leaders to develop effective channels for employee feedback and create engagement strategies and initiatives.

  • You need to manage labor relations and legal requirements specific to the region and support the leadership team with employee relations as needed.

  • You bridge HR SSC and COE teams with business updates and needs, provide feedback and recommendations to support continuous improvement of HR processes.  

 

Experiences and Skills Required

  • You with more than 5 years of comprehensive HR experience with at least 3 years working as HR generalist / HR business partner in MNC environment.

  • You with extensive knowledge in all spectrum of HR practices including talent acquisition, talent management, total rewards and employee relations. Experience in a global or regional business environment is preferred.

  • You are passionate in developing people and teams, keen to make impact and bring value to the business.

  • You with self-started with eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced and complex environment.

  • You have ability to understand complex situations and operate effectively in a matrix environment.

  • You with developed interpersonal skills to be an effective communicator and relationship builder across different cultures.

  • You with excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to be a trusted advisor of business leaders on org/talent/engagement topics.

  • You with good understanding on organizational change management principles with practical experience.

  • You are a good expertise in employment law and employee relations.

  • You are fluent in both verbal and written English.
