What youâll do

Strategic
⪠Translate the Business Strategy to a People Strategy. Accountable for the overall division or business population
⪠Contribute to SP, translate people initiatives into KPIs, build a roadmap for talent / HCP / NMC / Competencies
⪠Participate in strategic blueprint and footprint planning projects and lead discussions for People planning
⪠Act as a strategic partner in the development of the performance culture with relevant initiatives & improving
employee engagement through inclusive teams.
⪠Drive Talent Strategy for the market (talent review, succession planning, skillsets, D&I)
⪠Responsible to support M&A from an HR perspective
Tactical
⪠Connect with key business stakeholders, keeping the âbigger pictureâ for decision making
⪠Lead discussions specifically on resource allocation ensuring right structure and productivity
⪠Bring agility and flexibility on adapting when business environment changes
⪠Prepare HR Reporting (People Reporting Slide, DEI for their respective market population)
⪠Headcount planning
⪠Motivate, partner with and coach business stakeholders on key HR developments and interventions when People
indicators are off track
⪠Support MT people managers in their development
Operational
⪠Lead and manage the people processes with the managers in line with strategic priorities
⪠Take ownership of the optimization of our HR costs and processes, taking the input of our stakeholders.
⪠Ensure adherence to blueprint design
Compliance
Classified
⪠Responsible for dealing with escalations only
People
⪠Lead and manage division HRBPs
⪠Be seen as a trusted HRBP for the Division connecting across HR pillars
⪠Accountable for employee NPS for their respective Division/Business

Your qualifications

⪠8+ years of relevant HR generalists experience (depending on job level/scope)
⪠Solid understanding of HR operating model, including Center of Excellence, HR Shared Service
⪠Good knowledge of HR related metrics and leveraging data driven insights
⪠High level of integrity and independent mind
⪠Project management skills
⪠Strong focus on achieving the delivery of strategic goals.
⪠Exceptional influencing skills; assertive without being antagonistic or alienating.
⪠Solid track record of building relationships with senior stakeholder
