Experiences and Skills Required

You with more than 5 years of comprehensive HR experience with at least 3 years working as HR generalist / HR business partner in MNC environment.

You with extensive knowledge in all spectrum of HR practices including talent acquisition, talent management, total rewards and employee relations. Experience in a global or regional business environment is preferred.

You are passionate in developing people and teams, keen to make impact and bring value to the business.

You with self-started with eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced and complex environment.

You have ability to understand complex situations and operate effectively in a matrix environment.

You with developed interpersonal skills to be an effective communicator and relationship builder across different cultures.

You with excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to be a trusted advisor of business leaders on org/talent/engagement topics.

You with good understanding on organizational change management principles with practical experience.

You are a good expertise in employment law and employee relations.

You are fluent in both verbal and written English.
