The Position:

The position is responsible for managing customer orders to make sure order to cash on timely, accurately and efficiently, bridge a trustable relationship with supply chain and commercial team, and aligned with Envalior business strategy and goal of providing excellent customer service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

The Customer Service Officer is responsible for accountable for KOREA customers order to cash management. He or she is primarily responsible for timely and accurately processing and committing the customer's response on the orders, complaints and feedback to customer inquiries.

Ensure timely supply from all Envalior sites to all customers for which is responsible.

Deal with customer inquiries regarding rebate & commission, complaints, production, inventory and delivery.

Coordinate with customer, commercial and financial on customer payment review according to separately shipment, such as LC, AR collection, and yearly credit review.

Make sure all the import and export operation to meet KOREA countries compliance.

Make proposals to improve our customer service based on the understanding of Envalior order to cash procedure, supply chain management strategy as well as the customer needs.

Ensure job is implemented in compliance with company policy and proxy.

Support Chemical regulation as K-REACH documentation.

Other job assigned by Line manager.

Requirements

Fluent in both spoken and written English

At least 3 years experience in supply chain or commercial background

Understanding of international trade principles and possibilities, inclusive of INCOTERMS 2010/2020

SAP knowledge preferred

APCIS certificates would be better if have
