MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Handles direct orders (Customer as the importer of record), including purchasing order transferring, contract preparation, shipping schedule tracing, documentation checking & collecting & transferring, payment following up.
• Conducts overall Order to Cash process for domestic deliveries ex toller's plant or local 3rd party warehouse, including contract preparation, order entry, credit check, delivery scheduling, documentation, transportation, account receiving.
• Collects, tracks and files shipping documents at share folder for trading business.
• ERP Master Data maintenance.
• Manages the customer complaints.
• Manages sample deliveries.
• Manages the executions of 3rd party logistics vendors, including daily operation as well as the SHE & Compliance.
• Sales admin job like filing, updating certificates/license, etc.
• Lead ERP U8 improvement/change communication and implementation.
• Train ERP U8 users.
• Identify issues and generate reports to meet various business needs.
• Support CS manager of the improvement of O2C process under FICE.
• Carries out work in accordance with company Safety and Environmental Policies and ensure SHE compliance in line with relevant internal SHE regulations and all other legal and corporate standards.
• Other work assigned by supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor degree, major in International trade, logistics, supply chain or related field.
• 3+ years customer service, Logistics or related experience in chemical industries preferred.
• Good sense of customer service and teamwork.
• Good communication, coordination and thinking skill.
• Good working ethic.
• Good in verbal and written English.
• Good MS Office and ERP skill, SAP is preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
