Regional Business Unit Leader, CVI & ECM & CII

Job Description:

Your Role:

You will be responsible for boosting sales growth through regional strategic initiatives for CVI and ECM & CII in GC Region, driving ongoing results for both Philips and customers.

  • Develop Regional Business Unit Go-To-Market Plan
    - Align regional GTM plans with global strategy and set targets
    - Collaborate with RML to create specific GTM plans
    - Provide regular reports on activities and sales performance
    - Stay updated on industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Enable Front-Line Sellers
    - Create sales collateral aligned with initiatives
    - Engage front-line sellers on sales initiatives
    - Collaborate with sales leaders to achieve business objectives
    - Understand product portfolio and communicate value proposition effectively

You're the Right Fit If:

  • Preferred bachelor's degree, MBA a plus
  • Proven track record in executing GTM plans and achieving targets
  • Experience in selling Healthcare IT products or knowledge of hospital ecosystem
  • Ability to prioritize opportunities and deliver results
  • Resilient sales mindset in dynamic environments
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce)
  • Senior leadership experience across countries
  • Acts as a role model for company culture
  • Builds effective relationships within the matrix and with peers
  • Customer-focused and industry-savvy
  • Values quality and patient safety
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in English and local languages
