Job Description

Inquiry Management

  • Be the primary point of contact for employees, managers, and executives regarding general HR inquiries, assisting with HR policies, processes, self-service tools, and online portal content.
  • Take complete ownership of resolving inquiries, educating employees and managers on self-service capabilities.
  • Deliver accurate and efficient solutions to issues through various channels like phone, email, MS Teams, etc., following proper resolution methods, utilizing knowledge management tools, and ensuring appropriate actions or escalations.
  • Offer initial contact and assistance for customers handling confidential HR-related information.
  • Provide prompt and reliable support that ensures high employee satisfaction, effective communication, expert knowledge, and efficient issue resolution.
  • Adapt communication style to match customer needs and ensure optimal interaction through available support channels.
  • Collaborate with HR teams, share knowledge, identify trends, and address emerging issues effectively.

Data Management

  • Ensure accurate data transactions for Employee Self-Service (ESS) and Manager Self-Service (MSS) in Workday.
  • Audit and report data endorsements for mass updates, create upload files, and validate processing results.
  • Manually update data in Workday as necessary and maintain data integrity through regular analysis.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Create and support various reports using reporting tools, develop standard reports, and provide ad hoc reports as needed.
  • Contribute to data integrity by running queries and analyzing data.

Projects/Process Documentation/Process Improvement

  • Identify process/system improvement opportunities, address data quality risks, and actively participate in process enhancement activities.
  • Engage in testing, training, and supporting process lifecycle stages for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain electronic HR documents, document guidelines and procedures, and drive process enhancements.

HR Administration

  • Process employee lifecycle transactions accurately and timely, collaborate with HR teams, and manage transaction workflows.
  • Monitor onboarding documentation, respond to verification requests, and identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure adherence to HR standards, protocols, and data quality controls.

Total Rewards PM Ops

  • Provide expertise in compensation and benefits programs, troubleshoot customer inquiries, and support program/project management.
  • Ensure compliance with regional and local requirements, enhance tools/services, and contribute to Total Rewards program readiness.

Qualifications

  • College Graduate ideally in Business, Psychology, HRM, or IT.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
  • Strong customer service, communication, collaboration, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly in a team environment and utilize Microsoft Office tools effectively.
