Do you have a passion for turning data into actionable insights and answering strategic business questions? Join our team at Amazon Global Selling, where we offer businesses the opportunity to sell their products worldwide on our platform.

Every year, thousands of businesses from 17 countries join our Marketplace, adding millions of new products to our platform. With over 2 million sellers, we contribute to more than 40% of total Amazon unit sales and continue to grow.

We are on the lookout for a skilled Business Analyst to support our aggressive global growth. In this role, you will work in a vast and intricate data warehouse environment, where you will utilize your expertise to analyze complex datasets and provide valuable insights to drive strategic decisions.

We need someone with a deep understanding of business analytics, capable of developing and refining metrics frameworks to measure operations effectively and translate data into actionable insights. As the selected candidate, you will lead end-to-end analytics development, playing a crucial part in shaping our strategic direction.

Excellent communication and business skills are essential for this role. You will collaborate with business owners to identify challenges, opportunities, and implement data-driven solutions to enhance processes and tools.

Above all, you should be enthusiastic about leveraging insights to enhance the selling experience for both customers and sellers across different regions.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1+ years of professional or military experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Experience in prospecting, qualifying, and engaging with companies

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in pipeline management, including the use of Salesforce or other CRM tools
  • Demonstrated success in surpassing sales targets
