Job Description
Major Responsibilities
Key Tasks for Optimal Channel Management:
- Update distributor customer profile through in-depth analysis for valuable insights
- Enhance commercial operations processes for maximum efficiency
- Ensure effective channel management and coordination
- Develop distribution management projects and performance metrics
- Utilize distributor resources to support Business Unit needs
Leading Collaborative Projects:
- Designing innovative national commercial projects based on industry analysis
- Creating detailed commercial project proposals for management approval
- Executing projects with cross-functional teams to drive business value
- Overseeing regional distributor-partnership innovation initiatives
- Monitoring and driving regional projects for business growth
Assisting in Commercial Policy Development:
Coordinating conferences for effective vendor communication
Key Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in pharma industry focusing on distributor management or commercial strategy
- Demonstrated skills in project planning, team leadership, and communication
- Self-motivated with a keen interest in continuous learning
- Degree in pharmaceutical or medical science
