Coins is fully regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and is the first ever crypto-based company in Asia to hold both Virtual Currency and Electronic Money Issuer licenses from a central bank.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in leading and managing key projects within our organisation, ensuring successful delivery on time and with excellent quality. The Senior Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive process improvements, and contribute to the overall success of our product and services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Execution:Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.Coordinate with internal stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables.2. Team Leadership:Lead a cross-functional team of developers, designers, and other project members.Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging team members to excel in their roles.3. Risk Management:Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.Proactively address and resolve issues to ensure project success.4. Communication:Facilitate effective communication within the project team and with stakeholders.Provide regular project status updates, ensuring transparency and alignment with organisational goals.5. Quality Assurance:Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to guarantee the delivery of high-quality changes.Conduct thorough testing and validation procedures.6. Continuous Improvement:Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the competitiveness of our platform.Qualifications:1. Must haves:Fluency in both English and Chinese.Familiar with tools such as JIRA / Confluence.Bachelor's (or higher) degree in a numerical field (e.g. Computer Science, Finance or similar)Exceptional leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Demonstrated ability to deliver process and efficiency improvements.2.
