Description and Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design of the annual learning & development plan.
  • Design and implement talent development programs that are aligned with the organization's strategy.
  • Design and implement training courses, presentations, and other materials
  • Coordinate and facilitate leadership development programs, activities, and events.
  • Manage training programs and initiatives, regularly reviews, evaluates, modifies, and recommends appropriate changes to existing training programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree and above, major in Human Resources, psychology, management, etc.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning and Development or Organization Development, MNC company is preferred.
  • Advanced communication skills in English, including at senior levels.
  • Project management experience is strongly preferred, particularly in the design, implementation, and sustainment of learning and performance initiatives/processes.
  • Proven experience in the delivery of training with excellent presentation, public speaking, and facilitation skills is essential.
  • Experience in international training management, organization, and logistics.
  • Excellent PowerPoint skills.
