How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Overall responsibility for project execution, including scope, cost, schedule, risk, and quality management.
  • Organize and lead cross-functional and supporting resources and project teams to fulfill project requirements and needs.
  • Main interface between SHVS factory and internal and external stakeholders, responsible for communication and coordination of project-related matters, technical clarification, order change & claim, factory and site acceptance, etc.
  • Responsible for project performance, on-time delivery rate, revenue forecast, profit improvement, payment, and cash flow, as well as customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, major in electrical or power transmission, especially high voltage.
  • 3+ years related working experience in overseas project management and engineering in multinational companies or designing institutes.
  • Good project management skills, communication, and coordination skills, negotiation skills.
  • Have good English oral and writing skills, can communicate with expatriates fluently.
  • Work proactive, problem solver, take charge of difficult situations, cooperate with overtime and travel when necessary.
  • Familiar with MS Office.

Estimated Salary: RMB 180,000 - 200,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
