Senior Business Insights Manager

Key Responsibilities 主要工作职责:
Conduct comprehensive category and market evaluations to identify opportunities for business expansion. Oversee monthly consumption analytics across various channels, analyzing market share drivers and inhibitors. Manage data analytics initiatives including marketing effectiveness modeling, category forecasting, and share simulations. Direct innovation initiatives from inception to completion, involving market assessments, new product development ambitions, sales projections, and post-launch consumption monitoring. Integrate category and consumer insights to address business challenges (e.g., market share decline, superiority assessments) and provide actionable recommendations. Cultivate reliable partnerships with local cross-functional teams and the global CBIA team. Ensure independent project execution and effective agency collaboration.Qualifications and Requirements: (Education / Experience / Skills)

Proven experience in market and business data analysis, preferably within the OTC category or with Nielsen/IQVIA. Strong analytical capabilities, particularly in marketing effectiveness projects, category forecasting, and share simulations. Modeling expertise is advantageous. Knowledge of consumer research processes from design through execution to reporting, with the ability to translate consumer insights into business diagnostics. Self-driven, proactive thinker, quick learner, and adaptable to change. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence colleagues and superiors.Open to enhancing analytical skills from business analytics to consumer insights to develop a comprehensive business diagnostic capability.
