Fleet Sales Manager Job Description

The Fleet Sales Manager is a key role within BRP, responsible for leading the development and execution of the company's sales strategy for key account channels in the mainland China market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement fleet sales strategies to achieve overall sales objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key account customers, including hotel groups, leasing companies, and international companies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including BD, OPS, and MKT, to target key accounts and achieve sales targets
  • Manage ongoing fleet sales transactions and ensure timely execution of commercial policy
  • Identify and develop business opportunities with key account customers, including volume and premium brands
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field, such as Engineering, Business Administration, or Sales and Marketing
  • 15+ years of experience in sales and sales management, with a strong background in the auto industry
  • Strong experience in direct-to-customer and dealer models, as well as handling multiple top investor groups in the China market
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence decision-makers
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and collaborate closely with a cross-functional team
