Fleet Sales and Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Fleet Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at General Motors. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your sales skills, industry knowledge, and business acumen to drive growth and success in fleet sales.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve fleet sales targets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute fleet sales strategies to achieve annual targets, focusing on high-value customers and partnerships.
- Manage key account relationships, including identifying opportunities, negotiating deals, and building strong business partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective sales processes, tools, and training programs.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and improve business outcomes.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet sales or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong sales skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- A deep understanding of the automotive industry and fleet sales market.
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development. Our estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
