Fleet Sales Manager Job Description

The Fleet Sales Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of BRP China's sales strategy for key account channels in the mainland China market.

This role involves providing strong support to sales managers in building up fleet sales strategies, achieving fleet sales targets, and maximizing business opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and implementing fleet sales strategies to achieve overall sales objectives.
  2. Extending To-B business channels and realizing incremental sales for BRP China products.
  3. Developing fleet policies and KPIs in accordance with overall sales objectives.
  4. Building and maintaining key account relationships to achieve sales targets.
  5. Managing ongoing fleet sales transactions and exploiting opportunities to acquire key accounts.
  6. Acting as the direct interface to key account customers and finding routes to reach purchase decision makers.
  7. Preparing and implementing fleet sales plans with BRP China cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, sales and marketing, or engineering.
  • 15+ years of experience in sales and sales management in the auto industry, with a strong background in direct-to-customer and dealer models.
  • Experience in handling multiple top investor groups on the China market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate, influence, and engage with executives and decision-makers.
