About the Role

Avery Dennison Smartrac is seeking a skilled Sales Professional to join our team. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and execution of sales plans.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to gather market feedback and develop new products that meet customer needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments, applying this knowledge to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain accurate sales reports, providing timely insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Fluency in Cantonese is highly desirable.
