About the Role
Avery Dennison Smartrac is seeking a skilled Sales Professional to join our team. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and execution of sales plans.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with product development teams to gather market feedback and develop new products that meet customer needs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments, applying this knowledge to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain accurate sales reports, providing timely insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- At least 3 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Fluency in Cantonese is highly desirable.
