Sales Development Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships in assigned area of responsibility

• Create and communicate sales opportunities for the entire KONE sales team

• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complaints in collaboration with the KONE team

• Document customer and contact information, and maintain accurate customer data

Sales Performance:

• Meet sales budget and pricing targets

• Validate order contents against negotiation process outcomes, including terms and conditions, quality, and safety

• Ensure smooth hand-over to installation, maintenance, and/or engineering with complete and correct information

Reporting and Administration:

• Maintain accurate records of opportunities, tasks, and visits

• Provide timely and accurate reporting

• Support the finance function in money collection
