About the Role

We are seeking a talented Designer to join our Shanghai studio at the GA Group. As a Designer, you will be responsible for supporting project design from inception to completion, working closely with our award-winning design leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the creative design process and contribute to the development of innovative design solutions.
  • Support project design by understanding the project brief and executing decisions with great team spirit and attitude.
  • Collaborate with talented designers and leaders to deliver high-quality design work.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of design concepts and principles.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in hospitality design.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in hospitality design, with a strong portfolio of work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Proficiency in design tools and software, including CAD, Adobe, and 3D modeling.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
