Continuous Improvement Manager for Enhanced Customer Experience

Huntsman's Advanced Materials division is now seeking a skilled Customer Experience Continuous Improvement Manager. This role involves identifying, developing, coordinating, implementing, and controlling business change initiatives to support the global customer experience strategy of the Advanced Materials division.
The ideal candidate will focus on initiating and socializing improvement opportunities in the way Huntsman Advanced Materials engages with customers from order entry to delivery. The role also entails working closely with teams to guarantee a safe working environment, contribute to the Order to Cash process and digital transformation, and identify potential business improvements based on feedback from Admat's team leaders and members.
About the Job
- This managerial position requires expertise in customer service, warehousing, and fulfillment, as well as cross-functional project management in a multi-cultural environment.
- A strong understanding of business organization and data analysis is essential for success in this role.
- The ideal candidate should possess LSS Green Belt or PMI certification and be strongly data- and facts-oriented.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and report potential business improvements based on feedback from Admat's team leaders and members.
- Create business cases by understanding AS-IS and TO-BE situations, evaluating difficulties, implications, potential threats, and weaknesses.
- Update management teams and tools on progress, roadblocks, required actions, resources, and results to facilitate prioritization across different work streams.
- Manage, mitigate, and report deviations to initial project budgets and cost estimations.
- Develop training for end-users when necessary.
Requirements
- Mastery's degree in business or significant experience in running customer-facing functions and logistics.
- Language proficiency in English.
- Expertise in change management and strong analytical skills.
- Able to travel up to 30% of the time and work on flexible schedules.
Estimated Salary: 120,000 - 180,000 RMB per annum, depending on qualifications and location (Shanghai or Guangzhou in China; Krakow in Poland). We offer a competitive compensation package, including benefits and opportunities for career growth.
