Impact and Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing alternative distribution channels, building strong business relationships with these channels, and soliciting business through training, motivation, and business support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain good business relationships with distribution channels
  • Solicit business from channels through training, motivation, and business support
  • Facilitate department campaigns, projects, and activities
  • Initiate department training needs analysis and coordinate training resources to achieve training goals
  • Implement business strategy and action plans
  • Achieve production and activity targets, including Shenzhen Agency Development and other specified business programs

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in sales and marketing, business administration, economics, or insurance
  • Solid working experience, with channel development experience preferred
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong teamwork spirit and willingness to work across boundaries
  • Open-minded and strong learning ability
  • Ability to work under great pressure
  • Good command of English
