We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team at Paymentwall. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying high-potential businesses, verticals, and markets to develop and execute outbound sales strategies.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation and Sales Strategy: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies to onboard new clients to Paymentwall.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Own and manage your sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring timely and successful integration of merchants.
  • Customer Understanding and Solution Proposals: Explore customer pain points, understand their needs, and propose high-value solutions in a consultative sales style.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with marketing, product, and other teams to develop and execute sales and marketing activities, represent Paymentwall at conferences and client meetings.

Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, 1-3 years of business-to-business sales experience, preferably in SaaS, fintech, payments, tech, and digital services.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent presentation and communication skills, strong sense of work ethic and business etiquette, strong interest in technology and digital space, excellent intercultural competencies, and experience working with a diverse team.
