Job Title: Business Development Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team at Paymentwall. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Research and identify high-potential businesses, verticals, and markets to develop and execute outbound sales strategies to onboard new clients to Paymentwall.
  • Manage Sales Pipeline: Own and manage your sales pipeline from lead generation, pitching, negotiations, getting agreements signed up to handing over the deal to the Account Management Team.
  • Provide High-Value Solutions: Do your homework, explore the pain points of customers, understand their needs, and propose high-value solutions in a consultative sales style.
  • Ensure Timely and Successful Integration: Ensure the timely and successful integration of merchants and provide sales support according to their needs.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and other teams to develop and execute sales and marketing activities.
  • Represent Paymentwall: Represent Paymentwall at conferences, client meetings, and other industry-related events.
Requirements:
  • Education: A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of business-to-business sales experience.
  • Skills: Excellent presentation and communication skills, strong sense of work ethic and business etiquette, strong interest in technology and digital space, excellent intercultural competencies, and experience working with a diverse team.
  • Availability: Availability to go on business trips.
