Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Field Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the achievement of sales objectives and coordinating with Area Managers and Customer Team Managers.
Main ResponsibilitiesEmployee Structure Management
• Lead and guide a team of District Managers in sales operations management
• Provide direction on customer approach and customer management
• Ensure the application of Category and Trade Marketing policies at sales points
• Manage a team of District Managers and provide support in sales operations management
Activity Planning and Controlling
• Explore and analyze customer development generators
• Ensure the application of sales conditions and consumer price trends
• Provide insights and guidance on products and materials planning
• Monitor and analyze Sales Force performance trends
Team Management
• Recruit, manage, motivate, coach, and develop your own team
Main Collaboration
Area/District Managers, Customer Team Managers, Merchandisers, Sales Force, Trade Marketing Field, Category Management
• 5+ years' experience in sales and/or marketing
• Proven track record of success in a similar role in the FMCG segment
• Demonstrable experience in managing complex teams
• Fluent English
