About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our team in Hangzhou, China. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for executing the company's marketing strategies and creating demand for our anticoagulant products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and exceed them.
  • Classify and manage target clients effectively, ensuring timely visits and accurate product information delivery.
  • Organize and deliver presentations to clients independently.
  • Collaborate with experts to organize roundtable discussions and ensure doctors' prescribing habits are aligned with our products.
  • Support the marketing department in organizing regional promotional meetings.
  • Assist the supervisor in completing tender and medical insurance matters.
  • Provide timely and accurate market feedback and update database and visit information regularly.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A degree in pharmaceuticals or above.
  • At least one year of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with excellent performance.
  • Honesty, enthusiasm, and a proactive attitude.
  • Good business acumen, learning ability, and sales skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as influence.
  • The ability to establish and maintain good relationships with medical field experts.
  • Excellent innovation and development capabilities.
  • A customer-centric approach.
  • Self-motivation, willingness to take on challenging work under pressure.
  • Effective coordination and organizational skills.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is approximately ¥250,000 - ¥350,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
