Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertakes leadership responsibilities, including recruitment, performance evaluation, and professional development through ongoing coaching and staffing initiatives.
  • Actively promotes and markets a diverse range of products and services directly to both existing and prospective clients.
  • Ensures that team objectives are established and achieved effectively.
  • Updates clients on new product and service launches along with pricing structures.
  • Develops, oversees, and adjusts lead generation strategies to maintain a robust sales opportunity pipeline.
  • Manages client accounts within a significant domestic territory or across multiple countries, or oversees major accounts.
  • Acknowledged internally as a specialist in business operations, financial matters, product offerings, market dynamics, and the specific needs of assigned clients.
  • Directs a medium-sized sales team on a consistent basis.
  • Possesses a comprehensive understanding of business operations, financials, product offerings, market trends, and client requirements; may assist in enhancing colleagues' knowledge and may be recognized as a subject matter expert in a specific area.
  • Engages with complex or extensive territories/accounts, product/service offerings, sales, or account management processes; acts as the team leader.
  • Holds the authority to establish and negotiate terms for products and services.
  • Strategically plans personal territory or account management approaches and allocates resources accordingly.

Required Qualifications:

  • Generally, a relevant academic degree accompanied by pertinent work experience.
