Job Title: Recruiter

As a Recruiter, you'll play a critical role in our recruiting team, working closely with business stakeholders to define sourcing strategies, generate high-caliber candidates, and close top talent.

You'll have the opportunity to leverage your extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition and functional areas of the business to forge dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR business partners. Your goal will be to develop effective recruiting strategies, build and maintain a network of potential candidates, and ensure all sourcing channels are utilized.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand organization structure, responsibilities, strengths, weaknesses, and key business drivers.
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
  • Consult on ideas and strategies related to recruitment that contribute to the long-term growth of the company.
  • Actively participate in the full cycle recruiting efforts, including final assessment and selection processes.
  • Manage data associated with the recruitment process, using data-driven thinking and systematic approaches to achieve operation excellence.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience in a medium to high volume, high hiring bar environment.
  • Strong sourcing skills with a track record of implementing innovative and effective strategies for sourcing passive candidates.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships.
