About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruitment efforts in the AP region. In this role, you will provide logistics support for interviews, candidate communication, and internal/external job posting management to ensure a seamless process and excellent candidate experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide recruitment logistics support in the AP region, including interview coordination, candidate communication, and internal/external job posting management.
  • Maintain recruiting systems and data, prepare related reports, and analyze data to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Support specific hiring activities as needed, including CV screening, candidate sourcing, and project support.
  • Participate in local or regional projects and provide project support as required.
  • Support social media management and other Talent Acquisition-related areas.
Required Qualifications:
  • University degree or above, preferably in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience, with a preference for recruitment-related experience, MNC, and manufacturing business-related experience.
  • Excellent command of oral and written English and Mandarin.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with solid hands-on experience.
  • Good learning attitude and ability, with good people sense.
  • Good teamwork player.
