Job Responsibilities

We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Cross-Border E-commerce Operations Specialist. In this role, you will:

  • Analyze market trends and identify areas for improvement
  • Establish an e-commerce presence on a major platform to gain hands-on experience and understand user journeys
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback, reviews, and complaints to pinpoint pain points and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and adjust strategies
  • Prepare regular progress reports and presentations to share findings, insights, and recommendations with the execution team
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to understand overseas customer behavior and preferences
  • Basic data management and analysis skills, with the ability to summarize and present findings
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to present investigation results and recommendations clearly and concisely
  • A deep understanding of cross-border trade processes and a willingness to learn and grow
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to think independently and analytically
