Job Overview

The Consumer Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the experiences of End-Users and Patients throughout their journey. This position focuses on utilizing database marketing to effectively influence consumer attitudes and behaviors during critical phases such as awareness, consideration, usage, and repeat purchases, ultimately driving marketing objectives from initial trial to long-term retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive consumer campaign strategies in collaboration with global marketing teams, local IC marketing, and the Consumer CARE team, ensuring alignment with corporate vision and initiatives.
  • Execute online marketing initiatives and manage product communications to enhance consumer engagement.
  • Oversee local End-User communities and social media platforms, creating CRM programs and organizing offline events as necessary.
  • Foster effective internal communication across various departments (sales, marketing, regulatory affairs, government affairs, and commercial teams) to maintain a unified approach to consumer engagement.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years in operational management with a proven track record in CRM and program management.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficient in data interpretation and making informed business recommendations.
  • Experience in data mining within a data warehouse environment.
  • Background in CRM marketing or managing club relationships.
  • Preferred experience in consumer goods, FMCG, infant products, or chronic care medical device sectors.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.

  • Demonstrated success in executing digital marketing and consumer campaigns across various channels, including direct marketing, medical marketing, telemarketing, web, and social media.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on process and numerical analysis, capable of identifying and acting on trends and insights.
  • Expertise in managing complex projects across diverse stakeholders, ensuring timely consensus and resolution of differences.
  • Excellent communication skills with a collaborative approach to knowledge sharing and stakeholder engagement.
  • An independent thinker who is also a strong team player, adept at influencing cross-functional stakeholders and managing change effectively.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
