Job Overview

The Consumer Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the consumer journey by utilizing database marketing strategies to influence the attitudes and behaviors of End-Users throughout their lifecycle. This position aims to enhance consumer engagement from initial awareness through to repeat purchases, aligning with our marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive consumer campaign strategies in collaboration with global marketing teams, local integrated marketing, and the Consumer CARE team, ensuring alignment with the Corporate Vision and Identity (CVI).
  • Execute online marketing initiatives and manage product communications effectively.
  • Oversee local End-User communities and social media platforms, while designing CRM programs and organizing offline events as necessary.
  • Foster strong internal communication across sales, marketing, regulatory affairs, government affairs, and commercial teams to ensure a unified approach to consumer engagement.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in operational management, with a proven track record in CRM and program management.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficient in data interpretation and making informed business recommendations.
  • Skills in data mining and experience with CRM marketing or relationship management.
  • Preferred experience in consumer goods, FMCG, infant products, or chronic care medical devices.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.

  • Demonstrated success in executing digital marketing and consumer campaigns across various channels, including direct marketing, medical marketing, telemarketing, web, and social media.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on identifying trends and insights through data-driven segmentation.
  • Expertise in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution of any issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative approach to knowledge sharing and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to work independently while being a proactive team player, effectively influencing cross-functional teams.
