Job Summary

As a Consumer Care Manager at Coloplast, you will lead a team of care professionals to provide personalized services to customers through our online sales channels, enhancing their experience and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement customer education and service plans, allocating sales leads and building relationships with customers to support business objectives.
  • Execute market strategies and product branding initiatives, guiding care professionals to achieve quarterly business targets.
  • Analyze business data and performance metrics to inform work plans, prioritize tasks, and drive team performance.
  • Collaborate with hospital teams and other departments to develop training programs, service protocols, and customer content marketing strategies, enhancing care professionals' skills and customer experiences.
  • Manage online consultations, resolve customer complaints, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Support employee growth and development, creating a dynamic work environment and ensuring a strong talent pipeline for the department.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in healthcare, customer service, or sales.
  • 1 year of experience in team management or large project management.
  • Associate's degree or higher in a healthcare-related field.
Competencies
  • Excellent execution and sales planning skills.
  • Strong team management and employee coaching abilities.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
