Job Summary / Purpose

Utilize database marketing techniques to influence End-User/Patient/Consumers throughout their patient journey. Shape consumer attitudes and behaviors during the phases of awareness, consideration, usage, and repeat purchases to achieve marketing goals from trial to retention. Develop and implement marketing activity plans and product communication strategies, focusing on online marketing initiatives.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities

Spearhead consumer campaign strategies and toolbox development in collaboration with global marketing, local IC marketing, and Consumer CARE teams, ensuring alignment with the Corporate Vision and Identity (CVI). Execute online marketing initiatives and manage product communication effectively. Potentially oversee local End-User communities, networks, and relevant social media platforms, while also developing CRM programs and organizing offline events. Establish and maintain effective internal communication across sales, marketing, regulatory affairs, government affairs, and commercial teams to ensure a cohesive approach to consumer engagement.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification. Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record in CRM and program management. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously. Proficient in data interpretation and making informed business recommendations. Skills in data mining from data warehouses. Experience in CRM marketing or club relationship management is preferred. Background in consumer goods, FMCG, infant baby products, or chronic care medical device industries is advantageous. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Fluency in English and Chinese is required.

Competencies

Proven ability to implement successful digital marketing and consumer campaigns across various channels, including direct marketing, medical marketing, telemarketing, web, and social media. Strong analytical skills with a numerical approach to marketing, capable of identifying and acting on trends and insights driven by data mining. Expertise in managing multiple, complex projects across diverse stakeholders, ensuring timely consensus and resolution of differences. Effective communicator with a willingness to share knowledge and secure quick buy-in. Independent thinker and collaborative team player, skilled in persuading cross-functional stakeholders and managing change independently. Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
