Position Summary
We are looking for a seasoned professional to join our team as a Strategic Account Representative. This role is pivotal in transforming the way products are marketed and delivered on an international scale.
Key Responsibilities
The Strategic Account Representative will focus on developing partnerships with high-potential sellers, ensuring exceptional service and support throughout the sales process. The successful candidate will:
- Identify and nurture strategic seller relationships to maximize growth potential.
- Deliver outstanding customer service for all logistics operations.
- Meet and exceed monthly targets for qualified sales opportunities.
- Collaborate on the creation and implementation of a comprehensive territory strategy.
- Work in tandem with cross-functional teams to enhance service adoption.
- Effectively manage multiple requests and priorities.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and manage territory targets.
- Proactively identify risks and challenges within projects, driving solutions to optimize outcomes.
Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant professional or military experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in prospecting, qualifying, and engaging potential clients.
- Demonstrated experience with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce.
- A proven track record of surpassing sales objectives.
