To excel in this role, you will be responsible for building effective sales channels and connections with new entities, including CEPP companies, clubs, associations, and agents to achieve customer acquisition targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively consolidate market information and competitors' moves to identify issues with marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Lead regional sales teams to explore and solicit potential customers to ensure achievement of quality customer acquisition targets.
  • Closely track sales results of related channel events.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' relevant banking experience in channel development and customer acquisition direction.
  • Strong customer service orientation, good communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
