Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at Bosch, focusing on the fast-growing Chinese market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales turnover targets and identify new sales opportunities in the Chinese market.
  • Develop and implement multi-channel customer strategies to drive short-term and long-term growth, aligning with e-commerce, brand, and portfolio objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal functions, including marketing, sales controlling, logistics, quality, to respond to customer feedback and complaints efficiently.
  • Analyze data insights to optimize the value chain and customer experience, driving business growth through data-driven decision-making.
  • Provide regular sales and process-related analysis, data, and reports as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field, such as business administration or science and technology.
  • Proven experience in the automotive industry and sales positions, with strong negotiation and project management skills.
  • Excellent English communication abilities, both written and verbal.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is around $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities.
