Channel Sales Expert

As a Channel Sales Representative at Oracle, you will develop and maintain third-party sales channels to drive business growth and ensure partners achieve sales targets in the General Business space.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing joint sales strategies with channel partners to increase revenue and market share.
  • Identifying and developing channel partners committed to selling Oracle products.
  • Facilitating joint selling between channel partners and direct sales teams.
  • Providing accurate and timely management information and revenue forecasts.
  • Maintaining an understanding of Oracle technology and articulating Oracle propositions to partners and their customers.

Requirements include:

  • 8 years of field sales experience, including 3 years of channel sales experience.
  • Strong sales and marketing skills, including needs analysis, business justification, and closing methodologies.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Negotiating skills and ability to influence.
  • Knowledge of Oracle field sales cycle and partner program.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
