About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Sales professional to join our team at Agilent Technologies Inc.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth through our channel partners.

2. Collaborate with sales and commercial marketing teams to plan and coordinate major customer-facing activities.

3. Ensure channel partner business compliance and maintain necessary knowledge of the Clinical Flow Cytometry market in Greater China.

4. Identify and pursue strategic partnerships, and share competitive intelligence and market trends information.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in biology or medicine preferred.

2. More than 5 years of sales and channel management experience.

3. Experience in sales of flow cytometry, microplate reader, or other life science instruments preferred.

4. Strong communication and alignment skills, with good English and Chinese communication skills.
