Scientific Sales Specialist

About the Role
Bruker Corporation, a leading manufacturer of analytical measurement systems for the life sciences, seeks a motivated Sales Representative with a strong science background and bilingual skills for Bruker Daltonics' Life Science Mass Spectrometry in Beijing. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, setting up strategic sales plans, and managing the sales pipeline. Strong communication skills in English and Chinese are essential, as well as the ability to read scientific literature and present complex concepts to academic customers.
Main Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets for Bruker Life Science Mass Spectrometry products in the assigned region.
- Develop strategic sales plans in the assigned territory and actively manage the sales pipeline and forecast through direct channels and distributors.
- Collaborate with application, marketing, and service departments to meet customer needs in the assigned territory.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (minimum) in Chemistry, Biology, Medicine, or relevant Science fields, with a strong background in scientific instrument sales or laboratory products.
- At least 1-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the scientific instrument or laboratory products industry.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese, with the ability to read scientific literature and present complex concepts to academic customers.
