Join our Customer Implementation Team and leverage your project management expertise to drive Operational Excellence.

Your Role

In this position, you will collaborate with customer care locations (CCL) and operational care center (OCC) teams, engaging with both internal and external stakeholders to accurately capture, validate, document, and train based on our customer commitments.

Building strong relationships and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders will be essential as you focus on the following key responsibilities:

Your Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough risk assessments on customer requirements (SOW, SOP) and manage risks diligently from the feasibility stage through to stable operations, ensuring sustainable profitability and preventing issues post submission of selling rates.
  • Initiate new projects and establish the necessary frameworks to deliver expected outcomes, utilizing standardized customer implementation project management tools and methodologies applicable to both controlled and non-controlled customers.
  • Lead the timely completion of project deliverables, providing regular progress updates, and proactively removing obstacles to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
  • Develop standard operating procedures (SOP), working instructions, and training materials for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring sign-off from end-users.
  • Engage in regular performance discussions with direct reports to ensure alignment on performance and development objectives.
  • Facilitate daily and weekly team meetings to identify and address business challenges.
  • Ensure that CCL and OCC colleagues are well-trained on shipment handling procedures for all customers.
  • Verify that all supporting systems (SeaLOG, OMS, ACON) are optimally configured prior to the first shipment.
  • Oversee the hypercare period following go-live to ensure compliance with KPIs and SLAs, as well as adherence to initial SOW/SOP across all locations.
  • Set clear expectations and secure agreement with both internal and external stakeholders.
