Job Title: Product Marketing Manager for Compliance

Amazon (Shanghai) International Trading Company Limited - D64 is seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Manager to drive compliance policies' awareness, understanding, and actions among sellers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and experience working with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to effectively influence target audiences and enhance awareness of Compliance requirements.
  • Plan and implement go-to-market strategies to drive awareness and adoption of Amazon's Compliance solutions.
  • Create innovative and scalable marketing campaigns, including content marketing, social engagement, and offline event exposures.
  • Identify and activate all necessary online and offline marketing channels to deliver key messages and campaigns.
  • Develop a Voice of the Seller (VoS) mechanism to collect insights from Chinese sellers and influence product offerings.
  • Monitor marketing performance metrics and seek ways to improve.
  • Build collaboration mechanisms with cross-functional teams for synergy and process efficiency.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience with paid media and owned and operated channels (i.e., email, onsite, etc.).
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
  • Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels.
  • Superior oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese, with an innate attention to details.

  • Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives.
  • Experience working with global teams.
  • Able to drive innovation and creativity.
  • Demonstrates capacity to thrive in a fast-paced workplace and deal with ambiguity.
