Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute brand positioning and short-term and long-term brand strategies to drive business growth.
  • Lead annual business unit and category strategic planning, leveraging market insights to inform decision-making.
  • Implement and monitor sales and marketing programs to achieve sales turnover and profit goals.
  • Explore new markets, conduct market surveys, and develop business and marketing plans for assigned products/brands.
  • Collaborate with sales, engineering, and manufacturing functions on product design, distribution, and specifications.
  • Train field and customer service personnel on brand/product introductions and new marketing/sales campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product marketing or a related field, preferably in the animal health industry.
  • New product launch and Marcomm experience.
  • Strong B2B and B2C experience, with a focus on B2C.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
