About this role

Mondelēz International is seeking a highly skilled Import and Cross-Border Ecommerce Lead to join our team in China. As a key member of our ecommerce team, you will be responsible for embedding our ecommerce 2025 strategy plan and leveraging import and cross-border channels to provide more choices for consumers.

Main responsibilities

  • Develop and execute import and cross-border ecommerce strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Manage multiple channels (EC, KA, DT, etc.) to accelerate import and cross-border ecommerce business.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional plans and improve consumer engagement.
  • Manage import distributors and cross-border trade partners to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Incubate new brands and products from other markets in cross-border ecommerce model.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to inform ecommerce strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field (e.g. business, marketing, international trade).
  • At least 10 years of sales experience in consumer goods industry, with at least 3 years of import business related experience.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
