About the Job

Novo Nordisk A/S is seeking a Sales and Marketing Lead to join our team in China. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing sales strategies that drive business growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales plans that align with company objectives, focusing on the Chinese market.
  • Manage hospital potential evaluation projects, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders across functions.
  • Allocate sales targets from provincial to hospital levels, guaranteeing alignment with guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Management, or relevant fields.
  • Fluent written and spoken English skills.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in SFE, Business Analysis, CRM management, Consulting, or Advanced Analytics.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, including global interactions with HQ.
