About the Role:

CN005 Marsh (China) Insurance Brokers Co., Ltd. Shanghai Branch is seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented individual to join our team as an Account Manager - Affinity. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and delivering tailored insurance solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client businesses, strategies, and objectives to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and provide expert advice on insurance solutions to clients.
  • Manage the business pipeline, including identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, and developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective marketing and sales campaigns to promote our insurance products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including regular communication, issue resolution, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes to ensure our clients receive the best possible advice and service.
  • Work closely with our underwriting and claims teams to ensure seamless delivery of insurance solutions to clients.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies and plans to drive growth and profitability.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry, with a strong background in business development, risk management, or client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Native Chinese language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
