About the Role

Intralox, a leading provider of innovative conveyor solutions, is seeking a seasoned professional to join its China Food Team as an Account Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute targeted account plans to drive business growth and revenue objectives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in technical and economical functions at key accounts/plants in China.
  • Build and present creative business packages that leverage Intralox's strengths and value propositions to address customer needs.
  • Regularly visit customer plants and corporate sites to understand production realities, identify opportunities, and introduce products/services/solutions.
  • Drive account analysis to strengthen the value proposition/offer and continuously improve sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the team to utilize resources and drive selling efforts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering combined with business education or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years in international B2B sales, with experience in the food industry a plus.
  • Native Mandarin Chinese and fluent spoken and written English.
  • Ability to travel up to 60%.
  • Proven track record in large account management, with strong commercial and analytical skills.
  • Energetic, well-organized, and proactive with strong communication skills.
