Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced High-Level Support Professional to join our team in [Location]. This is a key role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing exceptional administrative support to senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Calendar Management: Plan and coordinate leader's calendar, arranging meetings and appointments with minimal disruption.
  • Communication: Prepare and review correspondence on behalf of the leader, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Meeting Preparation: Organize and facilitate meetings, including document preparation and logistical arrangements.
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel plans, booking flights and accommodations, and managing expenses.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documents, ensuring easy access for authorized personnel.
  • Phone and Email Management: Answer phone calls and respond to emails, prioritizing messages and communicating information to the executive.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance, including note-taking at meetings, managing correspondence, and performing minor accounting duties.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
What We Offer:
